Arabic Speaking Real Estate Lawyer (H6B9Y8-36B09D4D) Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A leading UAE-based conglomerate with diversified interests is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Real Estate Lawyer to join its in-house legal team in Dubai.
You will manage a range of UAE and GCC real estate transactions, including land acquisitions, SPAs, and development agreements. The role involves direct interaction with government entities and master developers, and oversight of Arabic and English contracts for the group’s real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts and SPAs. 
- 
Advise business teams on land acquisitions, project developments, and sales. 
- 
Liaise with government bodies and semi-government entities on property-related matters. 
- 
Support ongoing projects across the UAE and wider GCC region. 
Requirements:
- 
Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills. 
- 
6–12 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate law (UAE/GCC). 
- 
Proven experience dealing with government entities and developers. 
- 
Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and contract structures. 
- Office-based role in Dubai, Monday to Friday.
