A new project company in the UAE is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract arrangements and legal agreements for a recently acquired project. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage long-term shareholder agreements and non-standard contracts between the legal company and O&M contractors.

• Provide contractual support for the new project company from scratch.

• Collaborate with the CEO, project manager, and legal/asset teams to ensure sound contractual governance.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in contracts, legal arrangements, or related roles; formal legal qualification desirable but not essential.

• Engineering background or experience in utilities/power projects is advantageous.

• Experience with non-standard contracts and project company structures preferred.
