We are working with a well regarded organisation who is seeking a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel to support a broad range of corporate and commercial activities, including complex transactions and strategic projects.

You will play a key role in supporting asset management, joint venture governance, and business-wide decision-making across a diverse and evolving portfolio.

To be considered you must have:

• 7+PQE and qualified in UK, US or Australia etc.
• Solid private practice training at a well regarded international firm, with a strong background in corporate M&A
• Candidates must have experience advising on upstream oil and gas M&A
