Environmental Land Planner

Environmental Land Planner (TR/503760) Sacramento, California

Salary: USD50 - USD70 per hour

Profile/Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience
    • Familiar with CEQA & NEPA
    • PG&E Systems – Salesforce
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required
    • Attention to detail, proven follow up capabilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; possesses the ability to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues;
    • IT literate
    • Strong organizational skills; ability to track and plan activities to a high standard
    • FULLY REMOTE (rare potential for onsite work in certain situations)

Detailed Requirement

 

  • Environmental Land Planners will be working with multiple SME's on a daily basis to ensure agency submittal packages are on time for review.
  • Role requires through knowledge of California Environmental Quality Act (CEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act. 
  • While meetings with agencies are rare, communications on agreements with different agencies will be a regular part of the role.
  • Project due dates and releases will have strict due dates to adhere to that the environmental land planner will be instrumental in meeting.
  • Working within Salesforce to document work and maintain data integrity.
