Join a leading global fashion and retail company as Specialist AI & Community within the Data & Analytics team. You will support the execution of the (Gen)AI strategy and build an internal AI community to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI program initiatives and organize training sessions.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and project updates.
• Build and manage an AI community through events and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain AI use case repository and gather feedback for improvement.

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Business, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years experience in AI delivery, analytics, project management, or community building.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, responsible AI).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English.
