Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operational Excellence functions across a complex regulated production environment, supporting multiple product streams and manufacturing technologies.
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through the implementation of continuous improvement methodologies, performance management systems, and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Deliver sustained operational performance improvements across key metrics including customer service, productivity, asset utilisation, yield, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and EHS teams to identify opportunities, remove constraints, and execute strategic improvement initiatives.
- Lead engineering teams in enhancing manufacturing capability, equipment reliability, process robustness, technology implementation, and operational readiness.
- Foster strong collaboration across internal functions and external partners to improve end-to-end operational performance and customer responsiveness.
- Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams, building leadership capability, succession strength, employee engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Degree-qualified in a Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Scientific, or related discipline, or equivalent leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing and engineering functions within a complex, fast-paced operational environment.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering operational improvement, building high-performing teams, and driving business results through effective leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage complex challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels.
