We're seeking a skilled and experienced groundworker to join our team on an ongoing contract basis in Aberdeen. This role involves a variety of challenging and rewarding tasks within the civils sector, including drainage, concreting, and ground preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Excavating and preparing ground for various construction projects.
• Laying and installing drainage systems, including pipes, manholes, and associated components.
• Pouring and finishing concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
• Operating various groundworks machinery safely and efficiently (e.g., excavators, dumpers, compaction equipment).
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Working effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a groundworker in a variety of civils tasks, including drainage, concreting, and ground preparation.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in operating various groundworks machinery. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and hardworking attitude.
• A willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
