Job Description
You will be tasked with for on-site repairs and breakdowns. Ensuring customer care levels are of the highest standards and the department runs efficiently and effectively.  You will be working on a range of machinery. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
• Managing repair parts
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Maintaining daily communications with workshop control to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
