Gi Group are looking for Warehouse Operatives in Belfast
We are currently looking for a number of warehouse operatives for our client based in Milton Keynes to start immediately. You will be working as part of a team at our client’s site in Belfast and must be flexible as mainly Monday to Friday, however weekend work could be available.
This is a temporary position.
The Important Details:
• Shifts start times are 23:00 – 08:30 Monday to Friday.
• All candidates required to complete client DBS paperwork.
• You will receive the following rate per hour (PAYE):
• Monday to Friday – £14.74 per hour
Your Duties Will Include (But Not Exclusive):
• Unloading and loading vans
• Manual handling of parcels up to 30kg
• Scanning and checking labels
• Ensuring that parcels are handled safely to prevent damage
• Unwrapping and wrapping pallets
• Checking for any damage or faults in goods
The ideal candidate;
• We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
• We are looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
• Fast-paced and target oriented environment
• Must be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to carry out continual heavy lifting
• Knowledge of goods in and goods out scanning systems
