Regional C&B Manager

 

Our client is a famous fashion brand. This person will report to the Global C&B Director directly. Responsible to provide all-round C&B services to the APAC regions in terms of project management, HR advice and strategic planning.

 

Job Duties

  • Support various C&B projects including but not limited to annual salary review and bonus exercise, market benchmarking, incentive scheme review, staff cost simulation and compensation and benefits programs integration and alignment
  • Liaise with external organizations/consultants/service providers for market survey and market intelligence
  • Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to facilitate international assignments
  • Assist in C&B policies review and establish administration procedures for local adoption
  • Participate in other HR and or Rewards initiatives and projects both regionally and globally as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of practical experience in Compensation & Benefits or related areas
  • Solid experience with track records in implementing C&B projects
  • Experience in HR consulting field or regional exposure would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
  • Familiar with Excel functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting
  • Communicate in an open style and able to convey policies in verbal and written format effectively 
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and proactive learner
