Gi Group are seeking an experienced recruitment Branch Manager to take over the reins at our established Northampton Branch!
We are looking for someone to lead from the front. Not only in terms of coaching and developing your team, but also through a commitment to provide a world class service to our current clients and candidates and to also drive sales to new customers and markets.

Our Northampton branch is a mixture of temporary industrial, commercial and driving. Experience of managing a team within any of these environments is preferred.
Main responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to;
• Know your local market. Identify opportunities and lead sales focus to develop existing and to grow new customer relationships.
• Know your team. Manage and plan branch recruitment processes and activities.
• Managing team members effectively; ensuring that all KPI’s are achieved and exceeded - whilst managing staff retention, development and performance.
• Know your numbers. Ensuring delivery of targets in line with a planned budget.
• Know your candidates. Ensure we are attracting the right calibre of candidates to meet our customer requirements.
• Be innovative in the use of networking, social media, Job boards, referrals.
• Be Compliant. Responsible for ensuring all legal and operational processes are completed and followed at all times remaining compliant to industry and company regulations at all times.
If you have worked in recruitment, you will know that we often have to deal with situations that are reactive and need solving in a timely manner. This role requires someone who can manage the planned but also the un-planned.
