Product Support Technician (Panel Wirer)       

Daventry

Up to £30k

Monday -Thursday  7am/7.30am – 4/4.30pm & Friday 7/7.30am – 11.30am/mid-day

Overtime – TX1/2

The client – A well-established manufacturer of industrial engine controls and instrumentation, wiring systems, harnesses, and sensors.

The role:

• On site customer support for quality and design investigations
• Investigation of non-conforming product.
• Fault finding techniques to identify issues
• Responsible for repair (where possible), and feedback on product returns
• Keep tooling and spares up to date, identify ongoing requirements to CMR Quality Engineer, as necessary.

The candidate:

• Ideally be a Panel wirer that is wanting to progress into a quality role
• Training with quality measurement tools will be given
• Ideally someone from an electronics background that understands Isometric drawings
• Ability to read technical drawings and technical specifications
