Various shifts available from days, lates and afternoons on fixed or rotating – 37.5 hours per week

Rates of pay as follows:

• Days: £18.65ph
• Afternoon: £18.80ph including shift allowance
• Nights: £19.15ph including shift allowance

GI Pro are recruiting for an Engineering Machinist for our Mansfield area-based client  to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working either days, lates or nights on either a static shift ot rotating – Monday – Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10 pm - 6am 

Offering an hourly rate of pay between £18.65 - £19.15 per hour

The role 

• As an Engineering Machinist, you will set and operate various machines such as CNC milling, lathes, surface grinders and EDM Eroders, injection moulding, or have done tool making.
• Working with various plastics
• Endure machines are running, basic maintenance and checks
• Clean, organised working environment
• Overtime paid at Tx1/2

The person

• You will have shop floor engineering machine experience ideally with experience on CNC Milling or turning, manual machines, or tool making.
• Other machine usage of injection moulding, manual surface grinders or spark Eroder machines will be helpful
