Summary
GI Pro are working with an established engineering company in the North Nottingham area.
The role offers either Day shifts or Night shifts 6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Rates of pay are £14.86 per hour for the day shift and £17.91 per hour for the night shift.
This is a full-time role.
Company – Manufacturer for the construction industry
The role: Machinist
- Operating an extrusion machine (training provided)
- Load the moulds, take out the products and put into stock.
- Basic machine maintenance
- Using hand and power tools
The Person: Machinist
- Machinist will have experience working in a heavy steel or construction industry and be confident to run large machinery and use hand and power tools.
- Extrusion machinery experience would be very advantageous for this role.
- Ability to work from job lists and measure right amount of materials.
- Following strict health and safety rules
