What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone, email, and other channels

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate where necessary

• Log and manage support requests using our IT Service Management system

• Install and configure systems in line with council standards

• Maintain accurate documentation, registers, and technical records

• Support and uphold IT security and confidentiality policies

• Work collaboratively in a team-focused, customer-first environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Certificate IV in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong experience in desktop support and troubleshooting

• Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and general enterprise IT

• Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• A valid Class C Driver’s Licence
