Sales Advisor Overview
Regional Recruitment Services are seeking a Sales Advisor to join a well-established family business in Loughborough. Sales Advisor Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
* Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
* Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
* Sharing responsibility for general warehouse duties including loading and unloading customers & suppliers
* Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers

Key Attributes for a Sales Advisor
Retail sales experience would be beneficial; or DIY sector background would be useful but not essential as training and product knowledge will be given. You must be confident, have a passion for sales and customer service and be keen to learn with a desire to work as part of a team, but above all to be able to demonstrate and deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:00, Saturday 09:00 - 16:00 (1 day off per week excluding Saturday).

Additional pay: Bonus scheme

Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
Sales: 2 years (preferred)
