We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is well known company based in Hounslow area and we are looking for experienced Senior Packaging Operator.

Shifts & Pay:
• DOUBLE DAYS SHIFT (rotating): From Monday - Friday: 2 weeks 06.00 – 14.00 & 2 weeks 14.00 - 22.00 at £13 per hour

JOB FUNCTION/PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Ensure that our team is working in a safe environment, reporting any incidents, property damage and safe observations

• Making sure that you and the team are following our procedures and process accordingly and report any possible quality issues within the shift

• Work with the shift leader in order to identify staff who needs training (refresher included), supporting on the updating of the training matrix as well as ensuring all staff has had their inductions

• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in a timeline manner. Support and drive investigations as required. Working with the shift leader to ensure we have action plans as for when required

• From time to time you might be required to act as a shift leader on the shift

• Working together with the shift leader on building a schedule for regular catch ups, providing feedback to your team, making notes on next agreed steps
