Our client, a leading insurance group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support their accounting team with Par Fund and RBC reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Par Fund reporting, including reconciliation and inter-fund settlements
• Execute regular fund transfers in accordance with Par Fund segregation requirements
• Assist in preparing Risk-Based Capital (RBC) reports under the HKRBC framework
• Support the implementation of GL36 requirements for Universal Life products
• Drive system and ledger enhancements to integrate Par Fund and RBC processes
• Streamline manual workflows and improve reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting initiatives

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector
• Familiarity with Par Fund, RBC reporting, and Universal Life products is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sun Accounting and SAP is advantageous
• Detail-oriented, confident, and reliable in handling sensitive financial tasks
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
