Our client, a leading life insurance company, is seeking a Manager to join their Operations Governance team. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, reduce operational risks, and foster a strong governance culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage data analytics to support QA programs and uncover operational risk insights
• Perform data profiling, identify outliers and non-compliant cases, and conduct root cause analysis
• Design and lead QA programs across customer-facing and frontline operations
• Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to ensure process integrity
• Collaborate with internal audit, risk, and regulatory teams to manage compliance risks
• Prepare accurate and timely governance reports for both local and group stakeholders
• Provide risk and compliance guidance on strategic projects
• Deliver training to enhance risk awareness and promote service excellence

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operational Risk, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within the insurance sector, with hands-on expertise in data analytics using SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools
• Background in audit or operational risk management preferred

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and governance mindset
