Morson International are currently recruiting for a Plater to work for their prestigious client in Barrow.

We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual with good time keeping ability, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to work as part of a team. You must also be able to work on your own in confined spaces and at heights and be able to do shift work if required.      

Must be a timed served Steelworker, Plater, Fabricator or Shipwright must have the ability to fabricate from drawings to the required tolerances, must be conversant with the use of certain pneumatic tools and trade relevant equipment (Mig welder, grinders, drills, saw’s rotary files etc). Also have the ability to line off from engineered drawings to the required tolerances. Knowledge of Dry Survey, marking off, mock-up and wood experience would be desirable.
