Bakery Mixer – £12.71 per hour
Location: Rochdale Area

We are currently recruiting an experienced Bakery Mixer on behalf of our client based in the Rochdale area.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
7:00am – 4:00pm

Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour

Job Duties:
• Preparing and weighing ingredients accurately
• Operating bakery mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Mixing dough and bakery products according to recipes and production requirements
• Checking dough consistency and maintaining product quality
• Following daily production schedules and meeting targets
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Following health & safety and food safety procedures
• Working as part of a team in a busy bakery environment

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a bakery
• Previous experience using bakery mixers is essential
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
