Our client in the New Mills area is currently looking to recruit a Slabber / Machine Operator to join their Chew Department. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive pay, shift allowance, and a rotating shift pattern.

Shift Pattern (Rotating):

Week 1:

• Monday – Thursday: 05:30 – 13:30
• Friday: 05:30 – 11:30

Week 2:

• Monday – Thursday: 13:30 – 21:30
• Friday: 11:30 – 17:30

Pay Rate:

• £12.60 per hour
• + £1.79 per hour shift allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating slabber and associated machinery
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Carrying out quality checks
• Adhering to health & safety standards
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous machine operating experience preferred (training may be provided)
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
