Machine Operator – New Mills

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in New Mills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work with structured shifts and competitive pay.

Pay Rate

• £12.95 per hour
• £13.10 per hour
• Plus £1.86 per hour shift rate

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)

Week 1:

• Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 12:00

Week 2:

• Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
• Friday: 12:00 – 18:00

Role Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in a production environment
• Monitoring production quality and output
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Basic maintenance and housekeeping of work area
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

About You

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (not essential)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Good attention to detail
