Major Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Voice Order Pickers to join a busy distribution warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

As a Voice Order Picker, your duties will include:

• Picking customer orders accurately using a voice picking headset and system.
• Picking products from pallet locations within the warehouse.
• Building customer orders safely and securely onto pallets, ensuring products are stacked correctly for transport.
• Working to productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high standards.
• Using handheld scanners where required to complete warehouse tasks.
• Checking product quantities and locations to ensure orders are picked correctly.
• Following all warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.

Working hours Monday to Friday 7.30am -4.30pm

Pay rate £12.71 per hour

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A strong background in warehouse order picking.
• Previous experience picking orders directly onto pallets.
• Experience within a wholesale or distribution warehouse is highly desirable.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
• A reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work.
• The ability to carry out a physically demanding role, including regular lifting, walking, and standing throughout your shift.
