LVI are currently seeking an Expert Witness for a Managing Director role, to provide strategic leadership for delay expert witness services in the United Kingdom. In this role, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to expand and grow our client's dispute and forensic practice while leading complex, high-value disputes.
Candidate must have 20+ years experience within the engineering/construction sector, inclusive of 10+ years experience in forensic analysis, delay and disruption issues and dispute resolution. The candidate will be well-versed in a wide range of industry sectors, and ideally have an insight into the full project life cycle.
