Admin Officer
Location: Cardiff, CF10-3PG                                                                                                                          Monday-Friday 9am-5pm                                                                                                                                         Pay rate: £12.86ph

Our Client is hiring for an Admin Officer to be the first point of contact to support with daily administrative and operational work that has a real impact on the delivery of justice

Role Requirements

  • Supporting the preparation and smooth facilitation of court hearings
  • Aiding court users, legal professionals, and stakeholders
  • Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Following complaints procedures where necessary
  • Managing courtrooms and ensuring they are set up correctly
  • Acting as a point of contact within the court, including ushering duties
  • Supporting juries, judiciary, and members of the public attending court

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, offering a unique insight into the justice system.
