Working on behalf of a growing FMCG business BPSS are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to look after 2 sites based in the North West.
Key responsibilities :
- We are looking for a senior CI leader who will build strong relationships and influence operational teams to deliver CI programmes
- Must be commercially focused to deliver site CI Cost saving targets via ops teams and external support as required
- Project management - you will be working on a range of projects across the site at agreed frequencies and targets
- Set the agenda for and manage Continuous Improvement across the site
Skills & Experience
- Lean Sigma black belt (green belt would be considered as well)
- Experience of supporting multiple sites
- Experience of managing multiple projects
- Experience of developing people
