Working on behalf of a new exciting client, BPSS are looking for an experienced shift manager to oversee production of quality products within the food industry sector.
Who are we looking for:
- Supervisor or Manager with 5+ years experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Experience in BRC AA factory - high care environment
- Knowledge, skills and abilities to deal professionally with major retailers
- Good understanding of technical, quality and specifications
- Experience managing a team - must be a people person
- Experience with multi-head weighers / VFSS / pouch machinery
- Driving licence
Role:
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday (no weekend working!)
- Supplemental pay and bonus
