Account Manager – Southampton – Hybrid position working in the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home - £27,000 + excellent bonus and package

Key Responsibilities for the Account Manager
- Develop and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
- Strengthen existing relationships to increase business volume and diversify product/service offerings.
- Ensure customer requirements around pricing, delivery, quality, and special handling are met effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate large bids, quotes, and orders in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical information and support to customers as needed.
- Accurately enter and confirm sales orders.
- Proactively manage order backlogs and expedite where necessary.
- Handle customer returns and ensure smooth resolution.
- Support team members during peak periods and absences.
- Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
