Desktop Support Engineer – AD/O365/InsideIR35 – Wellingborough
Desktop Support Engineer for a leading based in Wellingborough. My client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to come on board to support a Desktop refresh programme.
Onsite work and INSIDE IR35!
Shift work 2pm-10pm
Key skills:
- Desktop Support experience
- O365 experience
- Experience providing support to user queries/problems
- VMware or citrix
- Network troubleshooting
- Exchange
- Office 365 administration
- Bespoke software such as WMS (warehouse management)
- Scanners/remote print issues
- Experience escalating issues to second line support teams in past roles
- Good experience surrounding MS Office 365 Windows, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server
- Strong overall knowledge of the MS technology stack
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
