PMO Analyst – Client Facing/D365 – Birmingham/Remote
OUTSIDE IR35
PMO Analyst required for a Microsoft Gold Partner based in Birmingham. You will be required to come on board to support the Project team as a PMO analyst on multiple projects, ensuring the project is kept on track.
The ideal candidate will have some experience around D365 implementations, but this is not essential.
Keys skills:
- Strong IT PMO experience
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced IT PMO role.
- Precise attention to detail, with demonstrable experience in documentation.
- Great communication skills, able to communicate with the highly technical members of the team as well as the Stakeholders.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience using a Project Portfolio Management tool to support PMO reporting and activities.
- Previous experience working with 3rd Parties
- Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio.
- Receive complaints and enquiries from customers and promptly work towards providing a solution to the problems
- Organize meetings with the members of the delivery team
- Attend board meetings on behalf of the delivery team
- File periodic reports to management on the performance of the team, customers’ complaints, and suggestions
- Ensure efficient and effective management of resources
