IT Application Support Analyst – iManage - Birmingham
IT Application Support Analyst required for a leading organisation based in Central Birmingham, where you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting and managing the day to day operation of my clients Document Management System, iManage. You will join a new Application Support Team to focus on the company’s core applications, and to help deliver a high level of customer service to colleagues/internal stakeholders in the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have iManage experience, or alternatively experience with similar DMS systems and understanding of iManage.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Deployment and configuration of a commercial Document Management application, ideally iManage, in a paperless professional service working environment.
- You will become an expert in the companies document-related business processes and use your knowledge of Document Management Systems to provide advice and guidance to users in its effective use.
- You will monitor application KPI’s, develop and maintain application and training documentation, whilst escalate issues that require senior management attention and drive improvements.
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, to own and solve problems.
Key Skills of the role:
- Previous commercial application support experience, particularly around iManage
- Experience of working in an ITIL-based working environment.
- Desire to learn and develop as part of a growing team within a successful business.
- Ability to work with a range of internal /external stakeholders.
- Provide excellent application user support, with a particular focus on strong communication skills.
Salary
The salary for this position is between £35,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
