What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
- Managing payroll inputs and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Coordinating occupational health appointments and medical screenings
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Preparing reports, presentations, and HR metrics for senior management
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes
- Driving HR communications and maintaining notice boards
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for HR activities
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally within manufacturing
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, HR systems, and time & attendance platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in progressing to a HR Manager role
