For a well-known company in Łódź with an excellent reputation, we are looking for candidates who speak Dutch and English for Customer Service Specialist positions. The role is hybrid, and the office is located in the city center of Łódź. Work is from Monday to Friday with a flexible start between 8:00 and 10:00.

Your responsibilities:

- Email and phone contact with customers  

- Daily order processing in SAP  

- Delivery coordination and daily contact with European branches  

- Managing invoices and credit/debit notes  

- Timely responses to various inquiries  

- Supporting customers in resolving issues and incidents  

- Building long-term relationships with clients

Our expectations:

- Very good command of English (B2)

- Fluent Dutch (B2/C1)

- Experience in customer service

- Practical knowledge of MS Office

- Proactive attitude

- Independence and strong communication skills
