For a BPO company we are looking for Customer Service Specialist who can speak European Portuguese and English. Work is totally remote from Poland.

Core Responsibilities:

• Understand customers’ key goals and define success based on their expectations.
• Support customers by executing success plans and tracking progress.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, billing, and administration.
• Proactively follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams and escalate cases when needed.
• Share product and service information clearly, adapting communication to customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service or Account Management;
• Very good English (min. B2);
• Fluent Portuguese - European version (min. C1);
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
• Excellent understanding of Customer Relationship;
• Problem-solving and initiative skills;
• Good attention to details.
