For a large company from Łódź, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of German and English for a position of HR specialist. Work is scheduled 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 8:00-16:00. You can work remotely or hybrid from Lodz or Cracow.

Your responsibilities:

• managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner,
• ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system,
• taking responsibility for issues raised by the client,
• performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations,
• participating in client discussions regarding processes,
• answering incoming calls - service line,
• achieving goals and SLAs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• Knowledge of German at B2 level;
• 2 years of experience in HR area;
• good knowledge of Excel;
• time management skills - multitasking role.
