For an international tranport and logistic company we are creating a new team of accountants. If you have experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Ledger and you know Dutch language you are more than welcome to apply :) The company is based in Warsaw, this will be a hybrid model of work 2/3.

Your responsibilities:

AR:

• Handle customer AR-related queries and communication in Dutch and English, including escalations and overdue accounts.
• Analyze trends, prepare MIS reports, and support process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external financial service providers to meet working capital and customer satisfaction targets.
• Perform account reconciliations, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and generate financial reports for stakeholders.

AP:

• Manage vendor queries and escalations in Dutch and English.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve overdue payments.
• Support process improvements, standardization, and KPI/SLA reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix payment and invoice issues.
• Handle urgent payments and rejections across multiple brands.

Requirements:

• Very good Dutch (min. B2);
• Very good English (min. B2);
• Knowledge proven by experience in AP, AR or GL processes;
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills;
• Communication and Collaboration Skills;
• Willingness to commute to Warsaw.
