Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using advanced tools and platforms to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media).
- Use internal analytics platforms and industry-standard tools to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create personalized and localized marketing experiences.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic tools.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies across landing pages and email campaigns.
- Leverage personalization engines to tailor content and offers based on user behavior and preferences.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or tech.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with personalization and automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with mobile-first marketing strategies and global localization efforts.
- Knowledge of visual content creation and video marketing.
- Experience working in agile marketing teams or cross-functional squads.
