Salary: MYR240000 - MYR300000 per annum + Market Aligned

About the Head of Sales (Direct Selling/MLM) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest service quality alongside several top management executives. You will also take the lead providing direction to all sales and account management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist the business builders and sales leaders to achieve the company's set objectives in sales and recruitment 
  • Recruit and develop new business builders and sales leaders to expand the Malaysian business and accelerate sales growth
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on market opportunities 
  • Determine annual sales and marketing plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Malaysia; projecting expected sales volume and meeting the sales goals
  • Analyse trends and results; monitor the competition, supply and demand

To succeed in this Head of Sales (Direct Selling/MLM) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • More than 10 years' work experience in a sales management capacity in preferably international/MNC direct sales/MLM company
  • Experience leading a team of three or more
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken 
  • Excellent motivator with great interpersonal skills
