We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator for our client in East Kilbride.

Duties: 

• Collating and checking of all required products for each assigned
delivery out of location
• Booking appropriate transport via 3rd Party carriers
• Ensuring that goods checking process is completed and auditable
• Managing of Returned items – uploading data to CRM system
• Booking next day dispatches on to Next Day carrier booking system
(FedEx/ Pallex etc.)
• Safely Loading In house and sub-contracted vehicles with correct
product, fixings and paperwork for each dispatch
• Checking goods on arrival from other manufacture locations to
ensure accuracy
• Updating Tetris system with required details
• Packing items safely for dispatch on other 3rd party carriers
• Labelling goods
