We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistants for our client on a temporary contract, based in the Aberdeen area.

Main responsibilities:

• Support Customer Services Coordinators with non-customer-facing administrative activities
• Prepare certification for surveyor approval, and filing certification
• Support scrap process of non-compliant iron in stock
• Provide reception support, including answering incoming calls and managing visitor sign-in

Hours: 37 per week. Mon-Thurs 8.30am-4.30pm and Fri 8.30am-4pm with 30 mins lunch break. 

This is a temporary role for 12 weeks, weekly paid and fully office based. 

This would be ideal for someone who is available immediately.
