Job Title: HIAB Driver (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bothwell
Salary: £15–£17 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours

About the Role:
Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced HIAB Driver on behalf of a well-established and reputable builders’ merchant based in Bothwell. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver seeking long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent position. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a HIAB vehicle for the delivery of building materials
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Deliver goods to commercial and residential sites in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid HIAB certification (ALLMI or equivalent)
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Good knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices
• Strong communication and customer service skills
