Jointly with your shopfloor teammates, you unlock the full potential of process improvements by consequently combining lean management with data & tech-driven process optimization.
- You apply and learn lean and agile project delivery methods to support the delivery of Digital Manufacturing projects in time, budget, and quality.
- You guide the company's customers within their digitization initiatives - from the shopfloor team up to the leadership members.
- You actively drive the shopfloor transformation by analyzing datastructures, conceptualizing shopfloor solutions and implement all operational excellence activities including software onboarding, change and performance management and process improvements.
- You create and sustain deep and trustworthy relationships with your customer counterparts as you feel confident to maneuver in a shopfloor environment as well as a board room setting.
- You are part of a highly innovative, multidisciplinary team to validate innovative concepts and digital solutions being developed for the factory shop-floor.
