Talent Acquisition Ops Coordinator

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour

Location: Redwood City, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and enabling a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support core recruiting operations, including job requisition creation/posting, offer management (audit, generation, delivery), and pre-hire audits to ensure onboarding readiness.
  • Drive process efficiency by identifying improvements and creating/maintaining SOPs and documentation.
  • Contribute to TA projects and initiatives, helping coordinate timelines, track progress, and execute deliverables.
  • Maintain data accuracy in systems (e.g., Greenhouse) through audits and support basic reporting and data alignment across systems.
  • Assist with training and enablement for hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, People Operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry, auditing, and process execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes, with an interest in operational excellence.
  • Experience supporting projects, coordinating tasks, or contributing to process improvements.
  • Comfort working with data at a basic level, including running reports and performing data quality checks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting offer processes, pre-hire audits, or onboarding coordination.
  • Exposure to reporting or working with recruiting metrics.
  • Experience contributing to training materials or facilitating team enablement sessions.
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition operations within a biotech or life sciences environment.
