What you'll do:

As a Software Asset Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic plan for Software Asset Management (SAM), delivering high-quality services that align with the company's vision. Your responsibilities will include driving activities to determine the license position of different software, analysing software asset data, interpreting and producing license position reports. You will also ensure that evidence of compliance license position is readily available. 

• Support on Software Asset Management (SAM) strategic planning.
• Analyse software asset data, interpret and produce license position reports.
• Ensure evidence of compliance license position is available.
• Advise and propose optimisation of software usage.
• Improve license pools, allocations, and license contract models/reports in the SAM License repository.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Software Asset Management Specialist role brings a wealth of experience with at last 5 years working experience in IT services and IT assets, particularly in software asset management and enterprise solutions. You possess extensive knowledge of software licensing for major publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle and practical knowledge of SAM or licenses management tools such as SCCM, Map Toolkit, Scripts, ILMT.

• At least 5 years working experience in software asset management
• In-depth knowledge of IT assets and services especially in software asset management and enterprise solutions.
• Software licensing knowledge for major publishers: Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, Adobe etc.
• Practical knowledge of SAM or licenses management tools such as SCCM , Map Toolkit, Scripts, ILMT.
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to manage high volume of data and information.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
