Field Service Engineer - Air Conditioning Installation Manager / project manager

£40,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle + pension + overtime + Benefits 

Lancashire - Must be within 20-30 miles of BB12 

Description

To oversee a compact team of engineers, drive business expansion, estimate project costs, procure necessary equipment and materials, and strategically coordinate workload in collaboration with clients.

• Ensure adherence to high standards of workmanship, safety protocols, and project-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Facilitate the quoting processes, procurement processes and invoice processes, while ensuring compliance with specifications and budgetary considerations.
• Form positive client relationships, managing project schedules professionally and providing technical support as needed.
• Attend site meetings & site surveys, addressing technical concerns and assisting in resolving project-related issues.
• Manage in-house labour resources.
• Demonstrate good knowledge towards problem-solving skills.

Key Skills Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as project manager with a positive attitude towards team collaboration and management
• Sound technical proficiency in Air Conditioning & Ventilation and project management principles
• F-Gas City & Guilds 2079
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Innovative mindset / Forward thinking
• Ability to understand client requirements and nurture long-term relationships
