• Manage your own time and priorities autonomously, delivering multiple events at different stages
• Collaborate flexibly across teams and jurisdictions to keep the programme moving
• Build strong relationships with judicial training leads and specialist College teams throughout each event’s life cycle
• Negotiate and influence other teams (often at senior level) to ensure training is delivered effectively
• Use databases and information sources (including JCL) to support planning, accurate audience lists, attendance and fees, and data collation/analysis
• Capture and reflect on feedback, then identify service improvements for future events
• Support quality assurance across your activities and those of other teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with internal and external venue providers to secure cost-effective, high-quality venues and the right setup
• Proactively handle venue issues/complaints and raise concerns where needed
• Arrange catering and other event support through external companies when required
• Make evidence-based decisions on capacity, including recommending cancellations when necessary
• Support judicial delegates directly-resolving queries, and negotiating reasonable adjustments requests
• Support delivery on-site and online events, including potential overnight stays
