Trainee Recruitment Consultant (US Market)

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Merit-Based Progression (Entry Level to Director)

Location: Bristol City Centre

Hours: Monday–Friday (Early Finish Fridays)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working across the US Market, you’ll build a specialist desk, speak to candidates and clients daily, and learn to win business, negotiate and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven role suited to someone who enjoys pace and competition, with uncapped commission and genuine long-term progression.

What you’ll do:

• Source and qualify candidates and manage interviews
• Build client relationships and win new business
• Run recruitment processes end-to-end (briefing to offer)
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Develop into a market specialist on the US desk
