TEAM TEACH Experienced LSA's required for Immediate start - September 2020
CER are recruiting on behalf of a Liverpool based SEND School for TEAM TEACH qualified teaching assistants. You will have a background in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health issues.
You will have current or prior knowledge of TEAM TEACH, and be fully qualified in restraint training. The children will be aged 11 to 19 with several emotional behaviour disorders (EBD), moderate/severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD) and ADHD. You will be supporting a whole class or 1 to 1, helping in any way possible to progress their studies.
To become part of the CER Education team ideally you will have:
- Previous experience with children.
- Be comfortable 1-on-1 with students.
- Work well under considerable pressure.
- Be both adaptable and flexible.
- Have excellent punctuality and organisation.
- Be positive and friendly.
- Be Role Models and Catalysts for Change.
- Additional qualifications (e.g. Team Teach, PRICE etc.)
