CER Education are currently looking for an experienced caretaker/site manager to start immediately at a North Liverpool Primary School. 

The position is due to start on the 1st February 2021 and continue until at least Easter but most likely longer. You will be working at a Primary School based in the Anfield area of Liverpool, and will be responsible for general school site management and improvements. 

If you already have experience of working as a school caretaker then we definitely want to hear from you! If you have worked in a caretaker capacity within a different sector then we would also be very keen to talk to you. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Opening and locking the school
• Carrying out basic repairs
• Maintaining security and managing access to the premises
• General cleaning
• Maintaining Health and Safety around the school and supervising external contractors

The perfect candidate will:

• Be organised
• Have good time management skills
• Have a strong knowledge of general repair skills.
• Previous experience in general maintenance.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of work ethic.
• Possesses the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
